俄罗斯世界杯申请fan-id所用的必须是本人的球票吗

不用，世界杯门票不是实名制的，一个人可以买4张球票（4张票写得同一个人名字），另外赞助商等没有个人名字只有赞助商名字。同时fan-id.ru 官网上也明确就这个问题做了说明，原文如下：
